Official music launch of the upcoming Pakistani film, Bachaana took place in Lahore on 26th January evening. The event was well attended by the press, bloggers and general public. Taking place in Hardees on M.M. Alam Road in Lahore, the event started off with a song composed by Ali Sher, the title track of the film Bachaana which is sung by Benny Dayal which was followed by another song Yaari sung by Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan.
Bachaana is a journey of a sweet and bubbly Indian girl, Aalia, who undergoes a series of unfortunate events and is forced to place her faith in a man she hardly knows. That man, Vicky, is a Pakistani taxi driver in Mauritius. Bachaana follows the couple’s adventurous journey of love and features leading entertainment personalities Sanam Saeed, Mohib Mirza and Adeel Hashmi. The film is directed by Nasir Khan and produced by Rizwan Saeed.
In response to a question about how Nasir Khan is as a director, Mohib responded that Nasir is someone who is very much clear about what he wants and how he wants to get things done. Prior to the shoot of any scene, there were enough rehearsals that everyone remembered their lines and Nasir had done extreme homework about timings and locations. The whole shooting was packed in 25 days!
We at Reels Pakistan wish all the best to Bachaana and the whole team. The trailer of the film indeed looks promising and we urge all our readers to go and watch the film and support Pakistani Cinema.
